In the event that your Regina Castillo arrives with any damage or manufacturing defect, you can request its exchange, for which you will have to report it within the first 48 hours after receiving your product, in accordance with the signature of reception of courier services. You must send a photo where you can see the damage or defect of the piece to the email joyeria@reginacastillo.mx.
Later we will send you a guide with which you can request the collection of your product at authorized courier services.
Once the piece is received, you will be sent a new piece equal to the one you purchased at no additional cost.
Changes do not apply to promotional or discounted pieces. In no other case are changes or returns accepted.
